Past President Marie Kenny
Life is a journey and we all have a story. Stories are a big part of our lives, whether lengthy or short each one is etched in our memory so it can take us back to that occasion. It may make us smile or even laugh out loud. For the Past President’s W.I. Member Competition I would like to hear our members’ stories. More specifically, I’m asking members to share a maximum 500 word original story entitled: “My Most Memorable W.I. Moment”.
As a Past President of such an amazing organization as the FWIC, I would like to hear your stories, funny, heart touching, moving, inspiring, life changing or life challenging. Whatever story that takes you to a special memory of a time in your community branch, district, province or a nationally moment, I’d like to hear it. This competition will have five randomly picked winners, who each will receive a prize. So put on your thinking caps, share your story, I look forward to reading them and I am sure your story will be a blessing and encouragement to others.
Note to competitors: If we receive enough submissions, these stories may be compiled and published as a book. We will not publish your story without prior signed consent.
